OVERVIEW / 01

Creating a wedding platform that connects couples, suppliers and events.

Bouquet & Bells is a wedding platform bringing together engaged couples, wedding suppliers, inspiration and events in one online destination.

Delivered in collaboration with Klickit Digital, the project involved creating a website that could accommodate different audiences, content types and business requirements within one connected experience.

Arca's involvement focused primarily on content planning, information architecture and user experience, with additional input into the visual design. Working alongside the development team, the aim was to create a platform that was engaging, easy to navigate and structured to support future growth.

PROBLEM / 02

Bringing multiple audiences together without compromising the experience.

Unlike a traditional business website, Bouquet & Bells needed to serve several distinct audiences, each visiting the platform for different reasons.

Engaged couples needed an inspiring and straightforward way to discover wedding suppliers and events. Suppliers needed an effective way to showcase their services and reach prospective customers, while the internal team required a manageable platform that could accommodate new listings and content as the business developed.

The challenge was to bring these requirements together without creating a complicated or fragmented experience.

The website needed a clear structure, intuitive navigation and carefully considered user journeys, while providing the flexibility to support the platform's longer-term ambitions.

SOLUTION / 03

A structured, user-focused platform designed to grow.

The project began by planning how the website's content would be organised, considering the different audiences, supplier categories, wedding events and supporting information that needed to sit within the platform.

Arca worked on the information architecture and content structure, helping establish logical pathways for visitors to discover relevant suppliers, explore events and navigate the wider website.

Alongside content planning, Arca contributed to the user experience and visual design, working with Klickit Digital to ensure the platform was both engaging and practical to use.

Particular attention was given to creating a structure that could accommodate new supplier listings, events and content without becoming difficult to navigate or manage.

The result is a flexible digital platform that brings couples, suppliers and wedding events together, providing Bouquet & Bells with a structured foundation for future development.
