An ongoing marketing and digital partnership with one of Chester's longest-established independent jewellers.
Established in 1948, Kayes Jewellers is a family-run independent jeweller in the heart of Chester, known for its bespoke jewellery, handcrafted engagement rings and personal approach to customer service.
Arca works closely with the Kayes team, providing ongoing marketing, creative and digital support across the business. The partnership spans website development, digital strategy, social media, email marketing, advertising and wider customer communications.
Alongside day-to-day marketing, the relationship has included leading significant digital projects, including the launch of a new website and the introduction of an interactive bespoke engagement ring experience.

Bringing an established jewellery business forward digitally, without losing its character.
With a reputation built over decades, Kayes needed its digital presence to reflect the same quality, expertise and personal service customers experience in its Chester showroom.
As customer expectations evolved, the business needed more than consistent marketing activity. Its website and digital services had to develop too, making it easier for customers to discover collections, explore bespoke options and engage with the business online.
At the same time, ongoing marketing needed to support a varied offering, from engagement rings and bespoke jewellery to heritage pieces, seasonal collections and special occasions, while maintaining a consistent and recognisable brand across every channel.
The challenge was to bring these different areas together, balancing the traditions of an established independent jeweller with a more developed and accessible digital experience.

Combining creative marketing with website strategy and digital development.
Working as an extension of the Kayes team, Arca provides ongoing marketing and creative direction, helping to plan and deliver campaigns, manage digital channels and maintain a consistent brand presence.
A significant part of the partnership involved leading the launch of a new website. Arca managed the project, contributing to the design direction, site structure, content and functionality, while working closely with Kayes' external website development company to bring the project together.
The digital offering was developed further with the introduction of a bespoke engagement ring experience, allowing customers to choose a ring design and explore a live diamond inventory, complete with detailed specifications and individual diamond videos. Arca managed the project alongside the developers, helping to bring a more interactive and personalised element of the bespoke process online.
Further improvements have included online appointment booking, content development and ongoing refinements to key website pages and customer journeys.
Alongside these projects, Arca continues to manage social media content, email marketing, digital advertising and seasonal campaigns, ensuring that the brand is presented consistently across its digital channels.
The result is a long-term partnership that combines strategic thinking, creative marketing and ongoing digital development, supporting Kayes as it continues to evolve while maintaining the quality, expertise and personal service at the heart of the business.
